Walk through tunnel display
For this weeks Featured Friday we focus on this display wall, portal archway combination. A feature like this can normally be particularly daunting to design and to build but with the T3 modular framework system displays such as this easily become a possibility.
Types of Uses
This multi-faceted archway can have a variety of applications depending on the imagination of the designer and exhibitor. But its ideal use will be for the entrance or exit of an event hall or exhibition stand.
Customisable to your needs
Tecna Display and the T3 System allow for all the tubing profiles to be cut to custom lengths. Allowing for the size of the display feature to be completely up to the designer. The curved tunnel that is a focal point for this archway is also customisable due to the curved tubes also being customisable in size and shape.
For the specifics on this stand let’s split it into its two main components: the large back wall and the curved entrance tunnel.
Firstly, the large display wall is 9 metres wide and 5 metres high. The size of this structure is only possible because of the strength and rigidity that is provided by using the T3 modular framework system. With the high quality steel that is used and the integral patented T3 Connectors. The back wall was created using the T3 Airframe and Fusion tubing profiles. These tubing profiles allow for multiple graphic types to be used and accessories to be mounted easily.
The large curved entrance tunnel is 4 metres high and 3.7 metres wide. The tubing profiles that can be used for this type of structure consist of either the T3 Airframe or T3 Fusion. Both allow for majority of graphic types to be used and mounted using magnetic or Velcro tape or our standard or 45 degree angle inserts.
For this particular stand the type of graphic that was used is PVC roll up. It is mounted onto the framework via magnetic strips. The framework has a steel finishing directly mounted and the graphic has the magnetic tape attached to it. This allows for the graphics to be attached and dismounted quickly and easily. This also allows for the framework and graphics to be used on multiple occasions and at multiple venues which is highly cost effective and boosts your sustainability.
This type of archway can be fantastic focal point for any exhibition as a whole or for a particular stand and is simply designed and created using the T3 modular framework system. With a tool free assembly time of under two hours by two individuals, it can built and dismantled quickly at multiple functions. Also packing up into three compact travel cases which fit comfortably into the back of a car or small van it is perfect to showcase at a variety of locations.
